In order to speed up your order, we suggest you choose products in the Fast Shipment category and choose an express delivery method. Only meeting these two conditions guarantees a faster shipping and delivery method. We select couriers who deliver reliably and in the shortest time, so we recommend using this service. All other delivery methods may be delayed.

United States

Shipping costs are based on order value in US dollars.

USPS mail has significant delays - up to 14 days. When placing an order, we recommend choosing the delivery by FedEx courier.

Unregistered Mail is a slower method and is typically delivered between 12 to 21 working days.

Registered Mail is typically delivered between 9 to 18 working days. 

FedEx is the fastest method and it is typically delivered between 1 to 3 working days (depending on the state).

During peak periods such as Christmas the post can take few additional days to deliver due to high volume of shipments.

All orders are delivered by USPS. The above delivery times given to us by post office are typical values and 95% of the deliveries are delivered within these ranges. Approximately 1 in 20 shipments will take longer, sometime much longer. Once we've handed over your order to the postal carrier we have no further control over the speed of delivery. We reserve the right to change the shipping method to a better and faster delivery method.

Canada shipping

Shipping costs to Canada are based on order value in US dollars.

On average the delivery time is between 5-15 working days  from the moment of dispatch. During peak periods (such as Christmas) the Post Office can take few additional days to deliver due to high volume of shipments. All orders are delivered by Canada Post.*Unregistered Mail is available for orders up to $25.

FedEx is the fastest method and it is typically delivered between 1 to 4 working days (depending on the state). If You choose the FedEx shipment, in exceptional cases we reserve the right to change delivery company to DHL. The delivery time should not change.

On average the delivery time is between 6-20 working days, typically around 10 days. We send all international shipments via priority air mail to ensure prompt delivery. 

The majority of express courier shipments are handled by Fedex International Priority. Delivery times are usually 1 to 5 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on your shipping address.

Note: There is no customs tariff for books in most countries in the world, but should there be any, please keep in mind that you are responsible for paying them. Since tariffs/taxes may change any time please always check your local regulations before ordering.

What is Registered Mail

Default and recommended shipping method for all orders. We get a tracking number from the post office and can locate the package for you. In case it is lost (not delivered in 30 calendar working days from date shipped) we'll refund you the money or reship your order whichever you prefer.

NOTE:

Registered mail requires the recipient of the package to sign for it. If you're not home, the post office will leave a notification in your mailbox and the package will be available for pickup at nearest post office. If you don't want to sign for the package please choose uregistered mail.

PO BOX delivery is usually not possible using registered mail. Please choose unregistered mail instead.

What is Unregistered Mail 

This option is available ONLY for low value orders < $25. With this method we don't get any kind of tracking number from post office. Once we hand over the package we don't know where it is or when it will be delivered. Use this method only if you feel comfortable with and and know what you are doing.

When should I expect my books to arrive?

The time it takes the books to arrive to you home consists of Time to Ship + Time in Transit:

• Time to Ship  - This is time from the moment you pay for your order we hand it over to shipper. Orders usually leave our warehouse in 2-3 working days from date paid. In rare cases the shipping time can take a bit longer up to 6 working days.

• Time in Transit  - This is the time the post office takes to deliver the package to you. This depends on where tha package is shipped to. See below for typical delivery times for each country.

What if my package is lost?

If your INSURED package is lost we will issue you a full refund or ship your order again.  

Package is considered lost if not delivered within 30 days from shipping. Untill 30 days passes the post office considers such package as delayed and on it's way to you. This implies that we cannot do refunds / reshipments before 30 days from shipment date have elapsed.

Having said that we have NEVER had a lost a package shipped via Post Office. However we once in a while do have a delayed packages, sometimes quite seriously. Post Office shipments shipments are NOT guaranteed by the post office to be delivered withing the time frame given. Bottom line if you package is NOT delivered when it's expected it's most likely still en route and will be delivered shortly. 

Undeliverable packages / incorrect adress etc.

If the the package is undeliverable due to incorrect or insufficient addres, is unclaimed, you have moved etc. etc. if you want then we can ship the package to you again for FULL ACTUALL shipping cost. Please note that this is significantly higher amount than our typical reduced-price shipping fee we offer to our customers.

Shipping fee is same regardles of location shipped to and cosists of:

Per weight of shipment fee of $3.63 USD/lb (which is $8 USD/kg)

per shipment fee of $3.70 USD for Registered (insured shipment) OR $1 USD for Unregistered shipment.
